Postage and Delivery

In the UK: We give you the option of First Class and Recorded First Class postage. Choose Recorded First Class if you require a tracking number and wish to sign for your parcel: if you are likely to be away from your home or place of delivery, choose First Class, as this does not require a signature and packages can be put through your letterbox or left at your normal drop-off point. Proofs of sending are always  kept to prevent problems caused in the extremely unlikely event of packages lost in the mail.

Outside the UK: Packages are send via Royal Mail AirSure, if available, a service which provides a tracking number with point-to-point tracking. This service does not require a signature and can be put through your letterbox or left at your usual drop-off point. For countries which do not have AirSure service, items are sent Royal Mail International Signed For.

All items are sent with postal insurance to protect your purchases against the highly unlikely event of lost items.
