Thanks for visiting our site!
We’re committed to customer safety as well as customer service. We’ve got full SSL encryption for your protection (no one else can see how you use this site or your details but you). Our payment partners are industry leaders; we offer a choice of PayPal or Stripe, both of whom use the most advanced payment protection technologies and strategies the world has to offer. Quite simply, you’re as safe here on Vein-Tap.com as you are on eBay or Amazon. If you’ve got any questions or problems, get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Returns Policy
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers your Vein-Tap.com goods from mechanical failure for life. This guarantee does not cover the paintwork, or excessive/abusive use. If your Vein-Tap.com goods fail when being used reasonably, please get in touch via email@example.com for return and refund / replacement details.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you receive your goods and decide they’re not what you’re looking for, you may return for a refund minus postage charged marked on original packaging within 30 days of receipt, as described in the Distance Selling Regulations Act (2000) with the buyer paying return postage costs.
Postage and Delivery
In the UK: We give you the option of Second Class, First Class and Second Class Signed For and First Class Signed For postage. Choose a Signed For if you require a tracking number and wish to sign for your parcel: if you are likely to be away from your home or place of delivery, choose Second or First Class, as this does not require a signature and packages can be put through your letterbox or left at your normal drop-off point. Proofs of sending are always kept to prevent problems caused in the extremely unlikely event of packages lost in the mail. Signed For services come with a tracking number, and can be tracked at http://track.vein-tap.com.
Outside the UK: Packages are send via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, a service which provides a tracking number with point-to-point tracking. Some countries can’t use the Tracked and Signed service, and are sent via Royal Mail Signed: this service also comes with a tracking number, but provides proof of delivery rather than point-to-point tracking. Both services can be tracked at http://track.vein-tap.com. You’ll see which service you’ll be receiving during checkout, or by Calculating Shipping on the Cart page.
All items are sent with postal insurance to protect your purchases in the highly unlikely event of lost items.
