Our Returns Policy

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers your Vein-Tap.com goods from mechanical failure for life. This guarantee does not cover the paintwork, or excessive/abusive use. If your Vein-Tap.com goods fail when being used reasonably, please get in touch via info@vein-tap.com for return and refund / replacement details.

If you receive your goods and decide they’re not what you’re looking for, you may return for store credit minus postage charged marked on original packaging within 30 days of receipt, as described in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 with the buyer paying return postage costs. Find our full Returns Policy here.

Please note that we create each pedal by hand, so the final appearance of your order may vary from the product listings – your pedal will be unique to you! We also offer sizes as guidelines only – our suppliers often change, so variations in size dimensions may occur.

Postage and Delivery

In the UK: We give you the option of Second Class, First Class and Second Class Signed For and First Class Signed For postage. Choose a Signed For if you require a tracking number and wish to sign for your parcel: if you are likely to be away from your home or place of delivery, choose Second or First Class, as this does not require a signature and packages can be put through your letterbox or left at your normal drop-off point. Proofs of sending are always  kept to prevent problems caused in the extremely unlikely event of packages lost in the mail. Signed For services come with a tracking number, and can be tracked at http://track.vein-tap.com.

Outside the UK: Packages are send via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, a service which provides a tracking number with point-to-point tracking. Some countries can’t use the Tracked and Signed service, and are sent via Royal Mail Signed: this service also comes with a tracking number, but provides proof of delivery rather than point-to-point tracking. Both services can be tracked at http://track.vein-tap.com. You’ll see which service you’ll be receiving during checkout, or by Calculating Shipping on the Cart page.

All items are sent with postal insurance to protect your purchases in the highly unlikely event of lost items.
